We were very distressed, disappointed, and felt misled. We voiced our concern to Shane and were met with outstanding professionalism and empathy. He promised to make it right. Shane set us up with the team's truck expert (Kevin) who worked diligently to find us the right vehicle at the right price. We felt really taken care of by Shane's team. They have outstanding customer service at this dealership and we would highly recommend for anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership. Integrity is not a word one often associates with salespeople. These guys have it.
